
The primary goal of this project is to design the information architecture of our digital platform . By focusing on intuitive organization, streamlined navigation, and user-centric design principles, our aim is to boost user engagement, satisfaction, and task success rates.
Existing tour search applications lack a personalized touch, relying on generic filters that merely narrow down searches. They fall short in creating a unique experience tailored to users' preferences. These applications do not use much leverage insights from users' past tours and don't analyze their preferences. Consequently, the conventional approach leads to extended search times as users are inundated with irrelevant offers, diminishing the conversion rate of presenting tours that genuinely align with the user's interests.
